About Us

MultiWave Group was formed in early 2007 by Jonathan Withers and Tim Metcalf.  Combining our technical, commercial and financial backgrounds, we focussed on providing the combined commercial and technology skills sought by many enterprises and investors seeking guidance on the use of next generation technologies.  We have undertaken due diligence assignments, tendering processes, contract negotiations, strategic review projects, and have managed businesses on behalf of clients. Today, with the increasing use of technology to underpin business, we find that the demand for our blend of commercial and technical knowhow is greater than ever; however we do not lose sight of the fact that our clients’ objective is a positive commercial outcome, and that the technology is simply a means to an end.  Our team comprises highly experienced, industry-hardened, individuals that have all delivered complex solutions and been held accountable for their success.

We enjoy the challenge of finding the smart solution.
